This beloved Nigerian delicacy features a blend of fresh green Scotch bonnet peppers (rodo) and onions, spiced with indigenous ingredients like locust beans (iru) for a uniquely delicious and tantalizing flavor.

Using only organically grown produce and high-quality ingredients, our Green Sauce is natural, flavorful, and free of preservatives. It’s perfect as a base for traditional dishes like efo riro, adding rich taste and vibrant color.

Green Sauce is best served with rice, boiled or fried yam, boiled potatoes, or boiled or fried plantain. Simply add your preferred protein, such as beef, chicken, or fish, to create a wholesome and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:
Green Scotch bonnet (rodo), green bell pepper (tatase), green chili pepper (shombo), onions, locust beans, salt, seasoning, vegetable oil.

Directions for Use:

  • Pour into a pot, add your already boiled meat or any preferred protein and warm for 3 minutes

  • Add salt to taste

Storage:

Refrigerate after opening
